UX Research & Design at Habuild
In 2023, Habuild harnessed the power of WhatsApp and WATI to streamline user acquisition via Facebook ads, innovating habit-building processes through direct interaction and engagement. This structured UX approach spearheaded growth and community-building within digital wellness spaces. I was one of their first two designers to take this opportunity up and build their Product ecosystem.
Social Media and Communication Channels
Recognizing the importance of multi-platform engagement, Habuild utilized WhatsApp for direct onboarding and communication, effectively introducing users to curated habit-building experiences within WhatsApp groups, fostering a sense of community and personal growth.

A Cohesive UX Challenge
The pivotal challenge was designing a UX framework for WATI that facilitated smooth transitions from Facebook ads to WhatsApp onboarding, backed by thoughtful questioning strategies that encouraged participation and integration within WhatsApp communities.

Leading UX Design in Cross-Channel Integration
At Habuild, I designed the comprehensive UX structure for WATI, detailing the onboarding questions and crafting dashboard apps essential for tracking and engagement.
These efforts ensured fluid user journeys and empowered habit-building narratives, driving growth and retention.

Dashboards for Users
We designed dashboards to boost community engagement and foster excitement around the habit-building program. Together, we made the experience more addictive by incorporating leaderboards, a comprehensive referral system, and a rewarding incentive structure.

High converting landing pages
We also developed high-performing landing pages and ran multiple A/B tests to improve results, optimizing even small elements to maximize user conversions.
